But what is a szuszék?
Szuszék or chest is the result of thousands of years of technology and is made of high-quality beech wood by carpentry and wood splitting. Two types of chests were used. The undecorated ones were used to store grain, and the ones with symbols and motifs on it were used as dowry chests.
It is one of the most sacred objects of Hungarian peasant culture.

Interpretation of the word: szusz - ék

Szusz - 6th element of the ancient Hungarian element system.
A szusz az a szusz, mellyel jövünk és megyünk e világból. A kuplung. Egyfajta átjáró a világok között. Mivel az összes elem a világon belőle születik, így egy szuszék olyan jelét próbáltam keresni, mely ezt a lét magot leginkább át tudja adni. A szusz a lehellet. Interpretations of the symbol: In folk tradition, this symbol is the core of the Earth. The primordial elements do not like to condense themselves, so only the crust of our Earth is solid, the inside glows. The source from which desire wells up.
