Shipping

Delivery is by the courier service of GLS General Logistics Systems Hungary Csomag-Logistikai Kft.

The delivery time of the product is described by the webshop during the checkout process and it is also included in the confirmation e-mail. You can arrange the date of the delivery on phone on the number indicated in the confirmation e-mail.

Shipping Fee:

The delivery fee in the country is uniformly 1590 HUF
We do not currently undertake delivery outside Hungary

Withdrawal from delivery:

If the webshop fails to fulfill its obligations under the contract because it does not have the goods specified in the contract at its disposal or it is unable to provide the ordered service, it is obliged to inform the customer thereof.

Return of product:

You can return the product within 14 days to Retrocker Kft, to the 1061 Budapest, Anker köz 2-4. address, and its price will be refunded.

Attention! In case of transfer in advance, the time for fulfilling the order will increase due to the crediting process (posting will take about 2-3 working days). 

Cash on delivery: 

You can pay to the courier in cash or by credit card (order value + delivery cost). 

Credit card payment: 

It is possible to pay by Visa or Mastercard.
