The presented General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter GTC) contain the conditions for the use of the service available on the website www.retrock.com (hereinafter: Webshop) by the user (hereinafter: User or Customer).

The technical information required for the use of the Webshop, which is not included in these GTC, is provided by the information available on the Website.

The language of the contract is Hungarian.

The contract does not constitute a written contract, they are not filed by retrock.com, so subsequently it will not be accessible or viewable.

Retrock.com is not subject to the provisions of any code of conduct.

2.1. Liability

User may use the Website solely at his / her own risk and agrees that retrock.com shall not be liable for any pecuniary or non-pecuniary damage arising from its use in addition to liability for breach of contract caused intentionally or to the detriment of human life, limb, or health.

Retrock.com disclaims all responsibility for the conduct of users of the Website. The User is obliged to ensure that the use of the Website does not infringe the rights of third parties or the law, either directly or indirectly. User is fully and solely responsible for its own conduct, in which case retrock.com will fully cooperate with the prosecuting authorities to detect violations.

Retrock.com has the right, but not the obligation, to check the content that the Users may make available during the use of the Website, and retrock.com has the right, but not the obligation, to look for signs of illegal activity with regard to the published content.

The pages of the service may contain connection points (links) that lead to the pages of other service providers. Retrock.com is not responsible for the privacy practices or other activities of these providers.

Due to the global nature of the Internet, the User agrees to act in accordance with the provisions of the relevant national legislation when using the Website. If any activity related to the use of the Website is not permitted under the law of the State of the User, the User shall be solely responsible for the use.

If the User notices objectionable content on the Website, s/he is obliged to report it to retrock.com immediately. If retrock.com, in good faith, finds the flag to be reasonable, it has the right to immediately delete or amend the information.

The agreement between retrock.com and the User under these General Terms and Conditions will be terminated if the User cancels her/his registration or if retrock.com cancels the User's registration.

  1. Shopping in the Webshop

A significant part of the content of the Weshop is available to all Users without registration. Some services are subject to registration (and then login).

Users can register by clicking on the "Registration" menu item on the Webshop interface or while placing the first order, where they need to provide the following information to retrock.com:

Retrock.com will inform the User by e-mail about the success of the registration.

In case of placing an order later, the registered User only needs to log in with the existing registered account by entering the e-mail address and password and does not have to enter his / her data again and again during the order.

The User is solely responsible for keeping the user access data (especially the password) confidential. If the User becomes aware that the password provided during registration may have been accessed by an unauthorized third party, s/he is obliged to change her/his password immediately, and if it is suspected that the third party misuses the password in any way, s/he must notify retrock.com at the same time.

User agrees to update the personal information provided during registration as necessary to ensure that it is up to date, complete and accurate.

3.1.Selection of the product
The customer has the opportunity to choose or order from the products of the webshop. The customer can click on the selected product to view its detailed description. If you intend to purchase, you place the product you want to buy in a virtual basket by clicking the "Add to Cart" button. By clicking on the "View" button in the shopping cart, you will find the products placed in the shopping cart during the purchase, as well as the total amount of the invoice and the delivery cost. Here they can check the correctness of their order, especially with regard to prices and quantities. The cart automatically calculates the total amount of the order.

3.2. Sending the order
If you think the quantity of products in your cart is correct, you have checked the total amount and decided that you want to buy them, you can simply click on the “Pénztár” button. You can shop in our store without registration, so you can choose from three options:

  • whether you would like to log in as a registered customer
  • whether you would like to register as a new customer
  • whether you would like to shop without registration

If you have previously purchased from our webshop, enter the e-mail address and password you provided during the previous registration. If you want to register as a new customer, enter your purchase information, which will be stored by the system, and you only need to log in the next time you want to make a purchase. For purchases without registration, enter your billing and shipping address.
In the next step, select the appropriate shipping method:

Next, you need to choose the appropriate payment method: kell választania:

If you agree with the contents of the order, click the "Order" button to submit the order.

3.3. Discounts, coupons

Coupons provide discounts that can reduce the amount of your purchase. Coupons can be obtained through various promotions. When using the coupons, the coupon code must be entered in the small blank field below the contents of the cart, then the value of the coupon will be automatically deducted from the final amount by clicking on the "USE COUPON" button. The voucher cannot be exchanged for cash, partial payment is not possible.

3.4. Correcting data entry errors

At any stage of the order and until the order is sent to retrock.com, the user has the opportunity to correct data entry errors in the Webshop at any time, either in her/his own account (change user data) or in the order interface (eg delete product from cart from the cart by clicking on the red X icon). Data entry errors include, for example, an incorrectly entered quantity (can be changed with the +, - buttons), placing the wrong product in the cart, then deleting the product from the cart, writing order data, and so on. (e.g. shipping address).

3.5. Binding of offers, confirmation

Retrock.com will confirm the receipt of the offer sent by the User to the User by e-mail without delay, but no later than 48 hours, which confirmation e-mail contains the data provided by the User during the purchase or registration (billing and delivery information ), the order ID, the date of the order, the list of items belonging to the order, the quantity, the price of the product, the delivery cost and the final amount to be paid.

This confirmation e-mail constitutes retrock.com's acceptance of the offer made by the User, by which a valid contract is concluded between retrock.com and the User.

Users will be released from the binding offer if they do not receive a confirmation email for the order sent to retrock.com within 48 hours.

If a User has already sent their order to retrock.com and notices an error in the information in the confirmation email, they must report it to retrock.com within 1 day to avoid fulfilling unwanted orders.

The order qualifies as a contract concluded electronically, for which Act V of 2013 on the Civil Code and Act CVIII of 2001 on Certain Issues of Electronic Commerce Services and Services Related to the Information Society provisions of the law apply. The contract is covered by Government Decree 45/2014 (II.26.) on the detailed rules of contracts between consumers and businesses and takes into account the provisions of Directive 2011/83 / EU of the European Parliament and of the Council on consumer rights.

3.6. Prices
Our prices are the list prices valid at the time of the order, which can be found next to the products in our webshop. Our prices are gross prices, however, these prices do not include shipping costs. The exact amount of the delivery cost can be found out during checkout before the order is finalized, and can also be found in the General Terms and Conditions. If there is an error or defect in the products or prices in our webshop, we reserve the right to make corrections. In this case, we will inform the customer of the new data immediately after recognizing or modifying the error. The buyer can then confirm the order once more or there is a possibility for either party to withdraw from the contract.

3.7. Order processing
Orders are processed within one business day.

3.8. Possibility to correct data entry errors
You have the option of correcting data entry errors before pressing the "Order" button.

3.9. Confirmation
We send email feedback on all orders. This means that after you place your order, you will receive an automatic email about the receipt of your order and (later) one about your expected delivery date. In the case of a telephone consultation, call customer service or any of the telephone numbers in the email.

3.10. Payment Terms
In our webshop it is possible to make a bank transfer, purchase with a credit card and pay with cash on delivery. In the latter case, the full purchase price, including shipping costs, must be paid in cash to the courier upon receipt of the shipment.


It is possible to request a home delivery. The consignments are delivered by GLS Hungary Kft. Courier service. The delivery time of the product is described by the webshop during the checkout process. You can arrange the date of delivery by phone at the confirmation e-mail.

The courier service delivers orders from 08:00 to 17:00, Monday to Friday. If the User is not present at the given address during this period, it is advisable to provide a delivery address where the User can receive the ordered product during the delivery period.

If the User is not at the delivery address provided during the order, the courier service will try to deliver again on the next working day.

Upon receipt of the product from the person delivering it or signing the receipt, the quantity and quality of the product will be accepted, which means that retrock.com will not be able to accept any quantitative or qualitative complaints after the courier has left after receipt. By signing the delivery note, you therefore acknowledge that the received package complies with your order, both externally and in terms of its contents (the contents of the package are not incomplete, the packaging or the product is not damaged).

If the User experiences damage to the product or packaging, a record of the damage must be kept in the presence of the person delivering it upon receipt. If the packaging or product is visibly damaged upon receipt and the damage occurred prior to receipt of the goods, retrock.com will provide a return of the product free of charge. Retrock.com is not responsible for any damage detected after receipt!

3.11.2. Delivery time

December 15 – december 27-ig a várható szállítási idő az ünnepek miatt 2-10 munkanapra módosul, a futárszolgálatok leterheltsége miatt!!!

Várható szállítási idő: 2-5 munkanap. Nagyon fontos, hogy a retrock.com eltérő megállapodásának hiányában – a szerződés megkötését követően késedelem nélkül, de legkésőbb harminc napon belül köteles a fogyasztó rendelkezésére bocsátani (kiszállítani) a terméket.

In the event of a delay on retrock.com, the User who qualifies as a consumer is entitled to set an additional deadline. If retrock.hu does not perform within the additional deadline, the consumer is entitled to withdraw from the contract.

The consumer shall be entitled to withdraw from the contract without setting an additional time limit if:

  1. a) retrock.com has refused to perform the contract, or
  2. b) a szerződést a felek megállapodása szerint vagy a szolgáltatás felismerhető rendeltetésénél fogva a meghatározott teljesítési időben – és nem máskor – kellett volna teljesíteni.

3.12. Delivery costs:
Szállítási díjaink az ország területén egységesek. Magyarországon kívüli szállítás költségit  a szállítási cím megadásával a felület generálja.

3.13. Invoice

When delivering the ordered products, retrock.com will send an electronic invoice to the User, to confirm the payment, to the given email address.

3.14. Withdrawal from delivery
If the webshop fails to fulfill its obligations under the contract because it does not have the goods specified in the contract at its disposal or is unable to provide the ordered service, it is obliged to inform the customer thereof. The webshop does not enter into contracts with minors. By accepting the commercial conditions, the customer declares that s/he is of legal age.


The provisions of this section apply only to a natural person acting outside his / her profession, self-employment or business activity, who buys, orders, receives, uses, uses goods, and is the addressee of commercial communications and offers related to the goods (hereinafter “Consumer”).

4.1. In the case of a contract for the sale of a product the consumer shall have the right

  1. a) if the product,
  2. b) in the case of the supply of several products, to the last product is supplied,

to a third party other than the consumer or the carrier, to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within fourteen (14) days from the day of receipt.

The consumer has the right to exercise her/his right of withdrawal between the date of conclusion of the contract and the date of receipt of the product.

The consumer will exercise her/his right of withdrawal within the deadline if s/he sends her/his statement of withdrawal to retrock.com before the expiry of the deadline indicated above.

In both cases, retrock.com will immediately acknowledge receipt of the Consumer's statement of withdrawal by email.

In the case of a written withdrawal, it shall be deemed to have been validated within the time limit if the Consumer sends her/his statement to retrock.com within 14 calendar days (even on the 14th calendar day).

When notifying by post, retrock.com will take into account the date of posting and, in the case of notification by e-mail, the time of sending the e-mail for the purpose of calculating the deadline. The Consumer shall send the letter by registered mail so that the date of dispatch can be credibly proven.

In case of withdrawal, the consumer is obliged to return the ordered product to the address indicated by Retrocker Kft, 1061 Budapest, Anker köz 2-4, without undue delay, but no later than within 14 days from the publication of his statement of withdrawal. The deadline is considered to be met if the Consumer sends the product (by post or delivers it to the courier ordered by her/him) before the expiry of the 14-day deadline.

In case of the return of the product - if the product is not returned by the User in the original packaging - s/he is obliged to pack it carefully so as not to damage it.

In case of the return of the product the direct cost is borne by the Consumer. Retrock.com will not be able to collect parcels returned by cash on delivery or left in the mail. Apart from the direct cost ,no other costs are borne by the Consumer in connection with the withdrawal.

If the Consumer withdraws from the contract, retrock.com will reimburse all consideration paid by the Consumer immediately, but no later than within 14 days of receipt of the Consumer's statement of withdrawal, except for any additional costs incurred due to the Consumer chose a mode of transport other than the cheapest standard mode of transport offered by retrock.com. Retrock.com reserves the right to withhold a refund until the product has been returned or the Consumer has provided credible proof that it has been returned: from these two options, retrock.com will take the earlier date into account.

The consumer can only be held liable for the depreciation of the product if it has occurred as a result of use in excess of that required to determine the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product.

The Consumer does not have the right of withdrawal in the case of a non-prefabricated product produced by retrock.com on the basis of the Consumer's instructions or at the express request, or in the case of a product customized for the User.


In the case of a consumer contract, until proven otherwise, it shall be presumed that the defect recognized by the consumer already existed at the time of performance within six months of performance, unless that presumption is incompatible with the nature of the thing or the nature of the defect. Thus, in the first six months, retrock.com must prove that the thing sold to the consumer at the time of performance met the quality requirements set out in the contract or law. However, beyond six months, the consumer must prove that the product was defective.

5.1. Supplies Warranty

In the event of incorrect performance of retrock.com, the user may assert a warranty claim against retrock.com. In the case of a consumer contract, the User may assert her/his warranty claims during the 2-year limitation period from the date of receipt, for product defects that already existed at the time of delivery of the product. After the two-year limitation period, the User can no longer enforce his or her warranty rights.

In the case of a contract with a non-consumer, the right holder may assert his warranty claims within a limitation period of 1 year from the date of receipt.

The User may, at its option, request a repair or replacement, unless it is impossible to meet the User's choice or at a disproportionate additional cost to retrock.com. If the repair or replacement has not been requested or could not have been requested by the User, he may request a proportionate delivery of the consideration or the defect at the expense of retrock.com. There is no room for withdrawal due to a minor error.

The user may transfer from the chosen warranty right to another, however, s/he shall bear the cost of the transfer, unless it was justified or given by retrock.com.

The user is obliged to report the defect to retrock.com immediately after its discovery, but no later than within two months from the discovery of the defect.

You can assert your supplies warranty claim directly against retrock.com.

Within six months of the performance of the contract, there are no conditions other than the notification of the defect to enforce your warranty claim if the User proves that he has purchased the product from retrock.com (by presenting an invoice or a copy of the invoice). In such a case, retrock.com will only be released from the warranty if it rebuts this presumption, that is it can prove that the defect in the product occurred after delivery to the User. If retrock.com can prove that the cause of the error was caused by a fault attributable to the User, it is not obliged to accept the warranty claim made by the User. However, after the expiration of six months from the performance, the User is obliged to prove that the defect recognized by the User already existed at the time of performance.

Ha Felhasználó a szavatossági igényét a terméktől – a megjelölt hiba szempontjából – elkülöníthető része tekintetében érvényesíti, a szavatossági igény a termék egyéb részeire nem minősül érvényesítettnek.

5.2. Product warranty

In the event of a defect in the product (goods), the customer, who qualifies as a consumer, may, at her/his choice, may assert the right or product warranty claim specified in the 5.1 point.

However, the user does not have the right to make a claim for a supplies warranty and a product warranty at the same time, in parallel, due to the same defect. However, in the event of successful enforcement of a product warranty claim, the User may enforce his or her warranty claim against the manufacturer for the replaced product or repaired part.

As a product warranty claim, the User can only request the repair or replacement of the defective product, i.e. there is no possibility of monetary remedy, price reduction and withdrawal, as no contractual relationship has been established between the manufacturer and the consumer, the contract is missing. In the event of a product warranty claim, the User must prove the defect of the product.

A product is considered defective if it does not meet the quality requirements in force at the time of its placing on the market or if it does not have the characteristics specified by the manufacturer.

The product warranty claim can be asserted by the User within two years from the placing of the product on the market by the manufacturer. Upon expiry of this period, s/he shall lose this right. The User is obliged to notify the manufacturer of the defect without delay after the discovery of the defect. An error reported within two months of the discovery of the error shall be deemed to have been reported without delay. The consumer shall be liable for any damage resulting from a delay in communication.

You may make a product warranty claim against the manufacturer or distributor of the products (retrock.com).

The manufacturer or distributor (retrock.com) is only released from its product warranty obligation if it can prove that:

– a terméket nem üzleti tevékenysége körében gyártotta, illetve hozta forgalomba, vagy
– a hiba a tudomány és a technika állása szerint a forgalomba hozatal időpontjában nem volt felismerhető vagy
– a termék hibája jogszabály vagy kötelező hatósági előírás alkalmazásából ered.

The manufacturer or distributor (retrock.com) only needs to prove one reason for the exemption.

5.3. Warranty

The 151/2003. (IX. 22.) Government Degree on the mandatory warranty for certain durable consumer goods in connection with the mandatory warranty for certain durable consumer goods contains regulations. The (material) scope of the decree only applies to products sold under a new consumer contract concluded in the territory of Hungary and listed in the annex to the decree.

For durable consumer goods listed in the annex to the Government Decree, the mandatory warranty is 1 year, starting on the date of delivery of the product to the Consumer or, if commissioned by retrock.com or its agent, the date of commissioning. Retrock.com validates the warranty card included with the product when the User receives the product.

In the case of a warranty, the User has the same rights as in Section 5.1., the Section on supplies warranty.

The company is released from its warranty obligation only if it proves that the cause of the defect arose after performance.

However, the user does not have the right to assert a supplies warranty and guarantee claim and a product warranty and guarantee claim at the same time, in parallel, due to the same defect. Notwithstanding these limitations, the User has the rights arising from the warranty regardless of the rights set out in Section 5.1 and 5.2.

The defect is not covered by the warranty if the cause of the defect occurred after the delivery of the product to the Consumer, for example, if the defect:

– szakszerűtlen üzembe helyezés (kivéve, ha az üzembe helyezést a retrock.com, vagy annak megbízottja végezte el, illetve ha a szakszerűtlen üzembe helyezés a használati-kezelési útmutató hibájára vezethető vissza)
– rendeltetésellenes használat, a használati-kezelési útmutatóban foglaltak figyelmen kívül hagyása,
– helytelen tárolás, helytelen kezelés, rongálás,
– elemi kár, természeti csapás okozta.

The consumer can transfer from one right of choice to another. You are obliged to pay the cost of the transfer to retrock.com, unless the Service Provider has given a reason for the transfer or the transfer was otherwise justified.

A retrock.com kétség esetén szakértő bevonásával megvizsgáltatja a terméket. A vizsgálat célja annak bizonyítása, hogy kinek a felróható magatartásának következménye a termék hibás volta. Amennyiben bebizonyosodik, hogy a hiba oka a nem rendeltetésszerű használat következménye, retrock.com nem köteles a jótállási igény teljesítésére.

If the Consumer claims a replacement within three working days of purchase (commissioning) due to a defect in the product, retrock.com may not claim a disproportionate additional cost, but is obliged to replace the product, in case the defect prevents proper use.

Repair or replacement must be carried out within a reasonable period of time, in the interests of the Consumer, taking into account the characteristics of the product and the intended use of the Consumer. Retrock.com should endeavor to make the repair or replacement within a maximum of fifteen days.

During the repair, only new parts may be installed in the product.

The warranty period does not include the part of the repair period during which the Consumer cannot use the product as intended. In the event of replacement (repair) of the product or part of the product, the warranty period starts again for the replaced (repaired) product (part of the product) and for the defect that occurs as a result of the repair.

The costs associated with fulfilling the warranty obligation will be borne by retrock.com.

The warranty does not affect the exercise of the consumer's rights arising from legislation, in particular the warranty on supplies and products, or compensation.

In the event of a consumer dispute, the Consumer may also initiate the proceedings of a conciliation body operating alongside the county chambers of commerce and industry.

A jótállási igény a jótállási jeggyel és az azon megjelölt szervizben közvetlenül (is) érvényesíthető. Jótállási jegy Fogyasztó rendelkezésére bocsátásának elmaradása esetén a szerződés megkötését bizonyítottnak kell tekinteni, ha az ellenérték megfizetését igazoló bizonylatot – az általános forgalmi adóról szóló törvény alapján kibocsátott számlát vagy nyugtát – a Fogyasztó bemutatja. Ebben az esetben a jótállásból eredő jogok az ellenérték megfizetését igazoló bizonylattal érvényesíthetőek.

6.1. Place, time and method of complaint handling

Users may submit consumer complaints regarding the product or retrock.com activities through the following contacts:

A retrock.com a szóbeli panaszt, amennyiben arra lehetősége van, azonnal orvosolja. Ha a szóbeli panasz azonnali orvoslására nincs lehetőség, a panasz jellegéből adódóan, vagy ha a Felhasználó a panasz kezelésével nem ért egyet, akkor a retrock.com a panaszról jegyzőkönyvet – melyet öt évig, a panaszra tett érdemi válaszával együtt – vesz fel.

Retrock.com shall provide a copy of the record to the User, on the spot in case of an oral complaint or, if this is not possible, in accordance with the rules for a written complaint detailed below;

In the case of an oral complaint communicated by telephone or other electronic communication service, retrock.com will send a copy of the record to the User at the latest at the same time as the substantive response.

In all other cases, retrock.com will follow the rules for a written complaint.

Retrock.com will respond to the merits of a written complaint within 30 days. The measure means delivery by post in accordance with this contract.

If the complaint is rejected, retrock.com will inform the User of the reason for the rejection.

6.2. Other enforcement options

If any consumer dispute between retrock.com and the User is not resolved during negotiations with retrock.com, what enforcement options are open to the User:

The European Commission has set up a website where consumers can register, allowing them to settle their online shopping disputes by completing an application, avoiding litigation. This allows consumers to assert their rights without, for example, being prevented from doing so by distance.
